Vilem has more than 10 years of international experience in corporate, entrepreneurial, non-profit, and academic environments. He gained extensive sales experience with companies such as Tesco Stores and online retailer Outpost.com. At Cartus, the global leader in HR outsourcing and corporate relocation, he adopted the best practices of customer service excellence, successfully managed international suppliers, developed new products, streamlined business processes, and tested IT solutions before worldwide implementation.
His interest in business development and innovation was triggered by working as a researcher for Material ConneXion – the world’s largest resource for advanced materials and technologies. Vilem’s first experience with software started in 1990 during code transcriptions of computer games for Didaktik M that were then stored on audiocassettes. Starting in 1998, he began writing simple algorithms in Pascal. All of these experiences resulted in the opening of the Connecticut USGBIT branch in 2009.

Ondrej Coufalik

Ondrej has over 17 years of experience with PCs and software programming. His programming experience started with Pascal, and was followed by creating accounting software with specialized database software FAND.
He started to focus on the internet, web design, electronic communication, and customer service in 1997. As a self-employed professional, he started to offer his expertise with website design, web audits, programming and internet marketing in 2002. Because of his capabilities and the quality of work, he participated on several extensive internet projects as an IT consultant.
Core responsibilities at USGBIT are in areas of managing projects, daily operations, resource distribution, focus on quality, and customer service excellence.
Martin Pavlicek
- Position: CIO
- Specialty: system analysis and design; IT team leadership; database development - PostgreSQL, Oracle 10g, PL/SQL, and PLpg/SQL; server and network design, setup and maintenance
Martin has over 10 years of IT experience. Prior to joining U.S. Global Business IT he held several positions in areas of network administration, helpdesk, webmaster, programmer, application analyst, and database developer. His extensive experience transformed into multiple opportunities to design and lead large-scale IT projects.
As a programmer and a team leader he co-developed many various IT platforms and user interfaces. He worked for 5 years as the team leader at universities in the areas of marketing research and computer science. He continues to provide them with consulting services on information and communication technology.
Key duties at USGBIT are leadership of programmer teams and technological aspects of all projects, management of information flow and computer infrastructure.
